Have you ever wanted to scam a scam e-mailer? Kat writes a newspaper column about how she responds to those pesky e-mails, and the tricks she pulls on them as they try to get money from her. Then she learns that the owner of the paper is thinking of shutting it down. You will laugh and cry as the story progresses.
I just loved this book! Kat's quirky personally and Damian's stuffy attitude was such a great mix. I loved the characters conflicts and chemistry. I laughed, I cried. I even got butterflies myself. Would definitely recommend this book to others.
This was an enjoyable clean romance. I liked Kat's personality. She was very loyal to her town. Damian was not very likable at the beginning, but he grew on me as the story went on. The couple together had a chemistry as well. I recommend to those that love small towns and clean romance.
*Spoiler* This guy promises his dying father to keep the small town newspaper, then decides he doesn’t need to keep this promise any longer because his dad died. Really? Whether he understands why or not, a promise is a promise. Not a lie you tell until you can get away with doing what you want. Sheesh. This “man” has no honor, and since he won’t even keep his promise to his dad, he sure won’t honor one he makes with anyone else. Run away girl!
I really enjoyed reading this book, Its a great clean feel good romance book. I have been a fan of this author for a while now and love the way she draws her characters.I like that they are everyday people with problems just like me, well except for the Billionaire part..lol. Its a great book with a cute little will they wont they thing and a nice almost twist at the end.
Victoria's Lieske did it again! What an amazingly romantic book with sassy, fun interactions between the two main characters. No one writes meltingly romantic kisses like Ms. Lieske. Need I say more?

Ok. I'll say more, just for good measure. Very good plot with believable reasons for romantic tension. Well-edited and proofed. Talented writer. I never hesitate to buy a book by Ms. Lieske

They meet when he comes to town to try to figure out why his late father made him promise not to close down the financially struggling paper. If you love Ms. Lieske's books, you'll love this one too!
